Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:
Unworn and unused
In its original condition
Unwashed
With all original tags attached (if applicable)
In its original packaging where possible
To request a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or have received an incorrect item, we're happy to offer an exchange, subject to product availability.
If your requested size is unavailable, we can offer:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
